Once you have your child's lacrosse age - you can determine which age group they play with.

Age designations are determined by the year and under.  For example, 10U means 10 and under.  A player born in May 2012 would be considered "13U" - and thus would play in the 14U age grouping; a child born October 2015 would be considered "9U" and would play in the 10U age grouping.

In some cases, your child may be eligible to "play up" or in more rare cases "play down."
